LIMINA / COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Discuss the fiction.
Respect the person.

Article discussions are public conversations operated by keinetic, separate from the original article host. Effective 2026-11-02. Anonymous readers can view discussions; posting and replying require a registered account.

Keep the conversation useful

Stay relevant to the entry. Disagree with ideas without targeting people. Mark spoilers clearly, credit quoted material, and keep excerpts brief. Do not impersonate contributors or moderators.

Prohibited content and behavior

  • Harassment, bullying, credible threats, hate speech, or encouragement of violence against people or protected groups.
  • Sexual exploitation or abuse, child sexual abuse material, sexualization of minors, non-consensual intimate material, or attempts to solicit such content.
  • Pornography, real-world graphic abuse, instructions facilitating serious harm, promotion of terrorism, or other illegal material.
  • Posting another person's private information without permission, including addresses, private contact details, account credentials, or identifying documents.
  • Spam, scams, malicious links, commercial solicitation, copyright infringement, coordinated abuse, or attempts to evade account restrictions.

Fictional horror is part of the archive. It does not excuse threats, exploitation, or abuse of real people. Do not use discussion comments to upload or link to prohibited material.

Report a problem or block a reader

Open a comment's actions and choose Report to flag abusive content. Choose Block reader to hide that author's comments for your account. Reporting does not automatically delete a comment, and blocking does not hide your own posts from the blocked person.

You can also email akfdev22@gmail.com with the article title or source link, comment details, and a short explanation. Do not email illegal images or unnecessary personal information. For an immediate threat to someone's safety, contact appropriate local emergency services; this mailbox is not an emergency service.

Moderation and review

Automated checks reject matched abusive language, threats, sexual solicitation, links, and personal contact details in comments and reader names before publication. Do not try to evade these controls. Use entry titles rather than URLs in discussion comments. Older comments that match the safety filter are hidden while their replies and reporting controls remain available. Automated matching has limits across languages and context; reporting and human moderation remain necessary.

Reports may result in removal of content or restrictions on abusive accounts. Deleted comments can retain a placeholder so other readers' replies remain understandable. We may preserve limited security information as described in the privacy policy. To ask about a moderation decision, contact akfdev22@gmail.com with enough context to identify it.

For a problem with the original article rather than a Limina comment, include the source link so we can identify the rendering, attribution, or content concern. The original host controls its own articles.

Filtered source reading

Source entries are screened separately from comments. Explicit graphic passages may be omitted, and matched profanity is masked. Ordinary horror descriptions remain readable. Sensitive images have an 18+ warning with individual Show anyway and Hide image controls. Text omissions are labeled. Report an unsafe source passage, image, or incorrect omission through Report content in the reader or the support mailbox. Automated matching can miss context or make mistakes across languages; human review and updates remain necessary.
